In the long haul, is it better to bet your 1 or 2 "strongest" plays, or do you bet every play you like even if its 3-7 plays everyday?
What has your experience been, or what do you recommend?

I play alot of plays and have been lucky enough to be successful doing so,but with that being said, most of the time it would be better to bet as few as possible.

Also, you can break it down into time slots like in football:12:00,3:30 7:00 and 10:00 games.I will always bet my strongest in that certain time frame, but if I'm winning I will press it and bet more games just because I am up and can.Sometimes it works out sometimes it doesn't.It all depends on what you can AFFORD to do.

Just one or two for me during MLB season.

But in Football I do about the same thing Mac does.
Strongest plays for the 1pm and 4pm games on Sunday.
Also do that for College football except it might be 3 sets of plays

I would go with "Quality over Quantity"

But I've also read things about Vegas high rollers that play for a living that play the whole board. It's a very systematic way to play the whole board, not wild dart throwing.

It's all about you. I would track each method daily as it pertains to you. You can then see bottom line the method your current train of thought brings the best return on.

Only bet what you can afford to lose without changing your lifestyle or mood. Get the most productivity out of the time you spend capping. Too much of anything is no good for Johnny. Whether is cans of soda or time committed to gambling.

Keep an open mind...

I think in my opinion that the sport you are wagering on makes the decision for you. What I mean by this is that in baseball and hockey you are betting a money line compared to constantly laying -1.10 or whatever your book offers. In baseball and hockey I feel you can play more plays if the "value" is there and even though you may hit a smaller percentage you can still win if you hit the correct underdogs. In sports though like football and basketball where you are constantly laying -1.10 if you play more games that forces you to "hit" a higher percentage to win, approximately 52.5% if you play the same amount on every game.

It is an individual decision though and I agree with Mac above that you should only play what you can afford to lose that would not significantly affect your living. I can speak from experience that I have bet over my head at certain times and ultimately ended up paying the price for doing it.
