For some reason I got off to a bad start this year in the CFL and just gave it up and to be honest I have not followed it that much since the opening weeks. I was very surprised to learn that BC and Winnipeg were playing in the Grey Cup but it appears both teams turned it around after shaky starts. I studied this game and came up with what appears to be obvious which is always scary but I am taking:
291 Winnipeg/British Columbia Under 50 1/2 -1.10 $440 to win $400 - LOSER-Both teams were very good defensive clubs this year as Winnipeg allowed only 22.9 points per game while British Columbia allowed only 21.5. The teams met twice this year with Winnipeg winning both games by scores of 30-17 and 25-20 and both of those games stayed Under. I was looking at Winnipeg plus the points but I am worried about the health of QB Pierce for the BlueBombers and BC has been on an incredible run to close the year and they are playing at home. Eleven out of the last sixteen meetings between these clubs has went Under and Winnipeg is 20-6 to the Under over the past 3 years in road games while BC is a perfect 8-0 this year to the Under when trying to avenge a loss against an opponent. To me, the numbers add up to Under and that is what I am playing.
Best of luck to everyone today, enjoy the Grey Cup.
